Check that the driver is working. The big question is, will it work when you connect the v to the xenserver, and I think it will but I am not sure.

IBM DS4700 and RDAC

We are using a DS which has native support in multipath tools run multipath -t. The SAN freaks out with path failovers constantly. Took a few minutes to work it out! Where we are stuck is trying to initialize the LUNS and set them as shareable. Just thought I’d try on here to see if anyone has success with what we are trying to setup. Does anyone know how to get around this? We got the RDAC going and when we boot the MPP kernel the “LUN bouncing” stopped, but am worried about the kernel patching issues also, but are hoping to get the cluster working in the meantime.
